Who delivers my purchase?
We operate with GLS Portugal, one of the leading couriers in Portugal and Europe.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
Orders within Portugal are usually delivered in less than 24 hours. In Europe, standard delivery times are between 24 and 96 hours. Our delivery partner, delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours.
How do I find out where my purchase is?
With the order locating function online, you can track your order at any time. To see where your order is now, just write the order number or the Track ID here .
What happens if you are not at home at the time of delivery?
First, GLS will try to find a neighbor willing to accept and sign your order. If no neighbor accepts your order, GLS will leave a Notification Card and take the order to the nearest ParcelShop GLS. You then have 10 business days to collect your order, showing a photo ID (eg passport or identity card). If there is no ParcelShop nearby, GLS takes your order back to the warehouse (distribution center), and attempts a second delivery on the next business day.
If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the shipper - after a storage period of 10 business days.
Many times I'm not at home. How will I receive my order?
When ordering online many times you can write an alternate delivery address. If this is not possible, a neighbor can accept your order or GLS can take you to the nearest GLS ParcelShop.
Can GLS leave my order in a ParcelShop for me to collect?
Yes. If the order can not be delivered to you or to a neighbor, the driver will automatically take you to the nearest ParcelShop and leave a Waypoint for you. You will have 10 business days to collect your order from ParcelShop. Note: For the collection of an order you will need a valid identity card or passport.
